Obituary for Angelina (Cinamella) Scopino
Angelina “Angie” (Cinamella) Scopino, of Lebanon, was taken home by her beloved Saviour on January 27, 2008 in Harrington Court in Colchester. She was born August 6, 1922 in Hoboken, NJ the daughter of Antonio and Francesca (Ocello) Cinamella. She worked at the Electro-Motive Co. in Willimantic and later, as a cook, in the Colchester School System and at St. Joseph’s Church in Willimantic. Her passion was the love of her family and close friends. Her survivors include two sons: John Scopino and his wife, Louise of Pennsylvania and Frank Scopino and his wife, Michelle of Lebanon; grandchildren, Daniel Scopino of Glastonbury and Kristen Scopino of Lebanon. Angie was predeceased by her son, Anthony Scopino, Jr., her brothers, Frank and Philip Cinamella and her sister, Mary Deluca. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, 2/1/08, at 10 am in St. Joseph Church in Willimantic. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Windham. There are no calling hours.
