Obituary for Camille E. Beaulieu
Camille Beaulieu, formerly of East Hartford and Willimantic, beloved husband of the late Simonne (Pelletier) Beaulieu, died February 20, 2013 in Regency Health Center of Windham. He was born in St. Michel, P.Q. Canada the son of Elie Beaulieu who was born in Lowell, MA and Marie (Riquier) Beaulieu who was born in Lanorai, P.Q. Canada. Camille resided in Willimantic, CT until 1990 when he moved to East Hartford, CT. He served with the Army in World War 2 in the European Theater. After the war he worked in the Willimantic area, retiring from the University of CT in 1983. His survivors include two brothers, George Beaulieu and Maurice Beaulieu of MO. He also leaves nieces, nephews and cousins in CT, RI and Canada. Visitation will be Friday, 2/22/2013, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Bacon Funeral Home, 71 Prospect St. Willimantic followed by a procession to St. Mary Church, Valley St. Willimantic for the celebration of his Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Club Rd. Windham. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary Church Repair Fund, 80 Maple Ave. Willimantic, CT 06226.
