Obituary for Dolores (Yolla) Dominique
Dolores (Yolla) Dominque,  of North Windham, CT died August 20, 2009 at home.
She was born October 22, 1941 in Bridgeport, CT the daughter of Carmella (Diasio) Rosengren of New Jersey and the late Edmund Yolla.
She was employed by the University of Connecticut for 25 years, retiring in1997. She was previously employed by the Electro-Motive Co. for 6 years. Dolores was an active volunteer in Cub Scouting for over 10 years.
Besides her mother her survivors include three sons: Preston, Douglas and Eric; a sister, Lorraine Wargo of Ocean City, NJ and several nieces and nephews.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, August 24, 2009 at 10 am in St. Joseph Church on Jackson St. in Willimantic. Her Committal Service will be held in the Mountain Grove Cemetery Chapel, 2675 North Ave. Bridgeport, CT at 1:00 pm Monday. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 106 Route 32 Franklin, CT 06254. The Bacon Funeral Home, 71 Prospect St. Willimantic, CT has charge of arrangements.
