Obituary for Esther Ann Merrill
Esther Ann (Smith) Merrill 88 of Windham, CT left this life to be reunited with her late husband Raymond Elton Merrill in the early morning hours of January 30, 2021. Born on June 7, 1932 in Saratoga Springs, NY, she was the daughter of the late William and Esther Anastasia (Swift) Smith. Esther was a resident of Saratoga Springs for the first half of her life, moved to Ballston Spa, Clifton Park and eventually moved to Windham, CT.Â
She is survived by her four children and their spouses, Dale and Judy Merrill of Mission Viejo, CA, Raymond and Edie Merrill of Windham, CT, Mark and Heidi Merrill of Clifton Park, NY, and Keith Merrill of Gloversville, NY. eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
 Esther was preceded in death by her husband Raymond E Merrill, parents William and Esther (Swift) Smith, stepmother Mary (Swick) Smith, sister and brother-in-law Marion and Howard Butterfield, brother and sister-in-law William and Luella Smith, sister and brother-in-law Alice and Paul Ebert, and grandson Mark Smolinski.
