Obituary for Gaetano DeLuco
Gaetano DeLuco, 71, of North Windham, husband of Pamela (Majnich) DeLuco passed away Thursday, April 16, 2020, at Windham Hospital after a long battle with heart disease. He was the son of the late Albert and Mary (Cavallo) DeLuco.
Born on January 18, 1949, in Hartford, Connecticut. He grew up in Connecticut, moving to Vermont in 1983 for his job, returning to Connecticut in 2007 to be near his family. Gaetano, known to his family by many names (Pup, Tommy, Uncle Omy, Uncle Mickey, Uncle Pup) he was always smiling and the life of the party. He loved to dance, work in the yard, watch Nascar, go the Casino and spend time with his family.
Besides his wife of 40 years, he is survived by three sisters, Carmella Carlson of Colchester, CT, Dolores Schuster and Mary Ann Melendy of Vernon, CT. His beloved dog Patches and many special nieces and nephews many of whom considered him a second father/grandfather.
