Obituary for Kay C. DeMarchi
Kay C. DeMarchi, 74 of South Windham, wife of Joseph J. DeMarchi passed away Thursday May 28, 2020 at her home. She is the daughter of Ethel L. Adams of Willimantic and the late Kenneth T. Adams.
Born on June 5, 1945 in Willimantic, CT she lived in the Windham area her whole life. Her working career included Stop & Shop, American Thread, and stenographer for the Dean of Eastern Connecticut State University. Kay then married and became a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and mother, boating, camping, and had a love for traveling and NASCAR racing.
Besides her mother and husband, she is survived by her daughters, Cherilyn Spatola (Gary Andreski) of Lebanon, Laureen Smith (Steven) of Westerly, RI and Josie DeMarchi (Nate Rosiek) of Wethersfield; her siblings, Wayne Adams of Lebanon, Linda Whitcomb of Rumney, NH and Doreen Cheney of Lebanon; 5 grandchildren, Alaina Rocamora, Ava Spatola, Logan Smith, Connor Smith and Milan Rosiek; 1 nephew and 6 nieces.
