Obituary for Lorraine M. Drouin
Lorraine M. Drouin, 89 of Windham passed away Friday January 29, 2021 has taken Gods hand. Her end on earth is the beginning of an eternity in the presence of God. She was the daughter of the late Henry J. and Yvonne (Bellavance) Roberts.
 Born on May 24, 1931 in Willimantic, CT she was a lifelong resident and worked at the former Abbey Manor in Windham for many years. Lorraine had a passion for music which she shared with anyone she encountered. She loved to dance and sing with her family, as well as play numerous instruments. One of her favorite instruments was her piano. She would gather everyone around her to hear her play and sing. She loved to bring joy to people’s lives. She was always looking for ways to care for her family, always putting them first. Lorraine loved her son, grandkids and great grandkids so very much and is incredibly missed and loved.Â
She is survived by her son, Douglas Drouin and wife Carol; her grandchildren, Mandy Drouin (Oscar), Kelly Drouin, Justin Drouin (Bora), Christopher Drouin (Annaka) and Shannen Yorgenesen (Nathaniel); her greatgrandchildren, Isaiah, Skyleen, Nicholas, Mariah, Bella, Jude, Jonah and Ellasyn.
