Obituary for Priscilla Audet
Priscilla Levesque Audet, 90, passed away on Friday May 8, 2020 surrounded by her loving family at the Mansfield Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Priscilla was born on December 6, 1929 in Madawaska, Maine to the late Josephel and Elsie (Morin) Levesque. She lived in Maine until her marriage in 1951. Priscilla co-owned and operated with her husband, Armand, Hi-Acres Grocery in Columbia, CT. for many years. She later worked at Natchaug Hospital as an assistant to the Chef, preparing meals for both the staff and patients. She had a great love of reading, crocheting and solving crossword puzzles.
Left behind to celebrate her life are her children, Elaine Martin, Lena (William) Hill, Armand (Shirley) Audet, and Donna (Benny) Audet. Her grandchildren, Tina Heriford, Erin Choats, AJ Audet III, Katharine Audet, Michelle Rhymer and Matthew Woodard will all miss her greatly. Priscilla was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Amber, Faith, Zac, Josh and Julia. Recently there were two new additions; great-great grandsons, Luca and Graison. Her siblings Walter (Judy) Levesque, Arlene (Patrick) Hourihan and Levina (Gene) Wooding miss her dearly. Priscilla was predeceased by her husband, Armand, her daughter, Tina and her son-in-law, Terry Martin.
