Obituary for Ruth D. Sadlon
Ruth D. Sadlon, 91, of Willimantic, Connecticut, passed away on February 21, 2018. She was born in Willimantic, Connecticut to the late Bert A. Lewis and Barbara D. Lewis (Poulin). Ruth graduated from Windham High School in 1945, worked at Electro Motive Co., in Willimantic, then became a hairdresser. She served as the Dean of Willimantic Institute of Hairdressing & Cosmetology until retirement. She was predeceased by her husband, Steven Sadlon. She was also predeceased by her sister, Jean M. Boisvert. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, and her companion, Phil Pisani. A private graveside service is to be held at West Street Columbia Burying Ground, in Columbia, Connecticut, at the convenience of the family.
