Obituary for Therese (Savard) Beaudoin
Therese (Savard) Beaudoin, 91, of 14 Club Rd. Windham, widow of Gerald Beaudoin, died peacefully August 31, 2008 in St. Joseph Living Center in Windham. She was born December 1, 1916 in St. Alban, P.Q. Canada the daughter of Rodolphe and Marie (Champoux) Savard. She was a cook, who, among others, cooked for the mother of the late Canadian Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau. Mrs. Beaudoin was a communicant of St. Mary Church in Willimantic. Her survivors include two brothers, one sister, a stepson, Bruce Beaudoin, a stepdaughter, Claudette Ames, nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a grandson. Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, 9/5/08, at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Church in Willimantic. Burial will be at a later date in St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Chicopee, MA.
