Obituary for Catherine Chodonowycz
Catherine Chodonowycz, 90, formerly of Willimantic passed away Wednesday July 8, 2020 in Fernadina Beach, FL. She was the wife of the late Dmytro Chodonowycz.
Born on June 11th, 1930 in Troyes, France she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Maria (Cyhanek) Jendoubaeff.
She is survived by her daughter, Marie Allen, her son-in-law, Walter Allen; grandsons, Nicholas Sowell, Jeffrey Allen, Gregory Allen, granddaughter, Bernadette Allen; and two great granddaughters. She is also survived by sisters, Sofie Jendoubaeff and Olga Kwasek
Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday July 15, from 5 to 7PM at Bacon Funeral Home 71 Prospect St, Willimantic with a Panachyda at 6PM. A Celebration of the Divine Liturgy will be held Thursday July 16, at 10AM at St. Mary Ukranian Catholic Church 70 Oak St, Willimantic. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Windham.
